Please arrive to class 10-15 minutes early. Our classes begin promptly on time. No late arrivals: buzzers are turned off and doors are locked when class begins.
Please turn off or silence your phone when you arrive. All cell phone use is to be done outside of the studio.
No shoes in the studio, please. Remove your shoes prior to entering the studio.
Please do not apply perfume, scented oils or lotions just prior to entering the studio. Some students have odor sensitivities and/or allergies.
Belongings may be stored in either lockers or cubbies. If the studio has lockers, we ask that you please bring your own or see the front desk to borrow one. If the studio uses cubbies or shelving, please note that while these are inside the yoga space the studio is not liable for any stolen or lost property.
Have fun! There is no judgment, no fashion show, just a great workout and great people!
