It is important that we clarify the intention of this page so as not to be misunderstood. These quotes and stories are not meant to enroll anyone in a particular philosophy. You don’t have to agree with or like the quotes to enjoy our yoga. These are simply quotes and stories accumulated over the years by our students and teachers. They have inspired them individually, and we wanted to share them here in the hopes that someone else may be inspired, healed or helped as well.

So, it’s simple. If you like what you read great, keep it to yourself or pass it on. If you don’t appreciate the quotes or stories, let it go… As stated above this is not a prerequisite to YTTP or anything else…
