- Our classes are accessible to everyone, beginners and experienced students alike, regardless of your flexibility or level of fitness.
- This is not “gentle yoga”… it is yoga with awareness. We do not encourage pushing, muscling and fighting to get into poses. Rather, we encourage you to explore your own edge mindfully as you grow your practice, strengthen your body, expand your heart and free your mind.
Traditional Hot Yoga
- Our Traditional Hot Yoga classes are 60 or 90-minutes long. They consist of 2 breathing exercises and a series of 26 poses incorporating balance, strength and flexibility. These classes are done in a heated room of 105-108 degrees.
