  • Our classes are a Power Vinyasa Flow inspired by Bryan Kest, a profound teacher who has found the balance between effort, awareness and breath. The emphasis is on you, not on any particular teacher. “This yoga is for you!”
  • Our classes are accessible to everyone, regardless of your flexibility or level of fitness.
  • Whether this is your first yoga class or you have been practicing for years, you will be challenged, supported, encouraged and most importantly, reminded to bring your attention to your body and your breath… because after all, this is your practice.
  • The purpose of this yoga is to explore your limitations while honoring your body.
  • Our intention is to create an environment and space that is non-competitive; a space where you are drawn into the depth and strength of your practice through inward awareness.
  • This is not “gentle yoga”… it is yoga with awareness. We do not encourage pushing, muscling and fighting to get into poses. Rather, we encourage you to explore your own edge mindfully as you grow your practice, strengthen your body, expand your heart and free your mind.
  • We want you to enjoy your yoga – it can be fun! We strive to ensure that you leave class feeling open, alive and stress-free… and that you haven’t spent your class punishing yourself or beating yourself up.
  • Most importantly, yoga provides you an opportunity to heal… not just physically, but also mentally and emotionally… and to achieve vibrant health.
